LMVBA Show and Shine 2011

The Fourth Annual Last Mountain Valley Business Association Show and Shine, held on Sat. Aug. 13, 2011, in Strasbourg, was a great success with over 40 entries. There were three vehicles from Vibank and others from Regina, MacPheat Park and Southey.

The day was perfect and we had a great turnout of auto enthusiasts. Gainer the Gopher was in town as well and was playing all kinds of tricks! Gainer was paraded up to Last Mountain Pioneer Home with Janice Swanston in their 1995 Corvette Indy Place car.

There was a good selection of vehicles and one tractor. The LMVBA People's Choice Award went to Ken Swanston with his 1928 Model A. James Lockhart of Vibank won runner up with his 1973 Camaro Z 28.

The day ended with a parade up main street to Last Mountain Pioneer Home and out to the highway past DiGer's and back down main street.

LMVBA looks forward to next year when we host our Fifth Annual Show and Shine event!
